US Domestic Shipping

Shipping to all US States via USPS *Seller is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. You will have to go through the carrier service and place a claim for lost or stolen items.

International Shipping

No International Shipping at this time.

Returns

All Return Costs will be paid by buyer.

30 Days to Return

You will receive a full refund or any un opened products. Any used or open products will result in a 25% restocking fee of item purchase price. All refunds will be processed once item is received and inspected. Any damage to returned product will result in additional deduction in refund (so please ensure when you send return product back, you carefully package it). Refunds will not include original shipping fees that were charged when order was placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges need to be done within 30 days of receiving item(s). This means you need to request a return through us and then we need to receive the returned items within 30 days of the date the carrier said it was delivered. Please do not send any product back without first contacting us and getting an RMA set up. Approval of an RMA is solely based on the sellers discretion.

Services

Once a service is booked and paid for, you cannot cancel , but always reschedule. No Refunds will be given on any services.
